Even the greenest grappling novice knows that we can expedite our BJJ progress through private lessons with a good instructor. Private lessons with a GGC principal combine personalized technical expertise and attention to detail with a positive interpersonal experience. In other words, you’ll have fun while you learn. Sessions can take place either in person or via Skype. In-person sessions include positional instruction, and Skype sessions include “virtual” positional instruction.
The Privates Plus option gives clients the opportunity to debrief specific footage of themselves training, either in a competition setting or in the academy, with a seasoned black belt competitor/practitioner/instructor. Clients post training footage to the GGC private Youtube channel at least a week prior to the scheduled session. A GGC consultant reviews the footage and comes to the session with notes and advice based on careful viewing of the footage. Sessions can take place either in person or via Skype. In-person sessions include positional instruction, and Skype sessions include “virtual” positional instruction.
Sometimes practitioners need help strategizing, prioritizing, and goal-setting in ways that require more of a conversation than a technical session on the mat. Lifestyle Privates enable participants to take the conversation to a quiet location or talk on the phone in a manner more conducive to brainstorming, note-taking, and conceptual work, teaming with one of the GGC principals to make long-term plans and decisions.
Bring GGC to you. GGC principals are available to lead seminars for groups of BJJ practitioners (male and female) at your home academy. Choose times and formats to meet your needs: one-day or two-day, specific techniques and positions or conceptual/strategic, mixed level or upper/lower belt-specific, etc.
